One of the best players in high school basketball now holds offers from just about every major program before he even begins his junior year.

Romeo Langford is so good that a who's who of elite programs have begun offering him scholarships before he completes his sophomore year You can now add the Kentucky Wildcats to that mix:

It's been a big week for Langford, who picked up an offer from Kansas on Monday morning. Later that day, Duke offered the New Albany (IN) star. Louisville offered him back in February. Anytime you've got offers from those schools, you're pretty good.

But to get them before you even hit your junior year? That's a special kind of talent.

The 6-4 Langford is one of the nation's top prospects, coming off a season in which he led New Albany to a Class 4A state championship last month as a sophomore. He was the top vote-getter for the AP All-State Team as he averaged 29.3 points, 9.3 boards and 3.0 assists per contest.

Langford is ranked No. 4 overall by and No. 3 by 247 Sports for the 2018 class. He's also gotten offers from Indiana, Purdue, UCLA and Vanderbilt.

For now, Duke looks like the slight favorite based on his 247 Crystal Ball:
