Today marks the beginning of the spring signing period for college basketball.
Many of the top high school prospects will be faxing in their national letters of intent at some point today, though many of the top guys have already done so during the early signing period in November.
But there's still some big names left waiting to sign their LOI, including Marques Bolden, Jarrett Allen, Terrance Ferguson and Omer Yurtseven. It looks like only Bolden and Allen are being pursued by UK, and we probably won't see a decision from them today.
That doesn't take away from how big this day is for the players deciding their college fates today, not to mention some of the former Cats who pledged to UK this very day. Most recently, Nerlens Noel, Brandon Knight and Michael Kidd-Gilchrist have become Cats on this big day.
