Anyone who's watched Tyler Ulis and Jamal Murray consistently this season would find it easy to see they were two of the best players in college basketball.
Now, the rest of the world is getting to see that as those two continue to rack up postseason awards and honors. The latest comes from the Sporting News, who tabbed Ulis a First-Team All-American.

Sporting News is one of four All-America teams the NCAA recognizes to be a consensus All-American. NABC, USBWA and AP are the others.

Ulis joins Virginia’s Malcolm Brogdon, Oklahoma’s Buddy Hield, Utah’s Jakob Poeltl and Michigan State’s Denzel Valentine on the first team.
Murray was one of five players to make the Sporting News Freshman All-America Team, which also includes consists of California’s Jaylen Brown, Marquette’s Henry Ellenson, Duke’s Brandon Ingram and LSU’s Ben Simmons.
