Wildcats Quickies: Kentucky Baseball Edition

New, 87 comments

Cats take down No. 1 Florida. Promising football scrimmage. Aaron has career night. Booker rising. More.

With many UK sports now having their seasons end, it's time for the baseball team to step into the spotlight.

They did that in a big way as UK ended No. 1 Florida’s 17-game winning streak with a 7-4 win in front of a sold out Cliff Hagan Stadium crowd. That ended the second-longest streak in UF history and evened the series heading into today's rubber match, which takes place today at  1 p.m.

And a happy Easter to everyone!
