The college basketball season may be over for Kentucky, but several Wildcats are still ballin in the pros.
This time last year, Aaron and Andrew Harrison were leading UK to a second-straight Final Four, marking just the fourth time since 1950 that UK made consecutive trips to the Final Four.
Now, Andrew Harrison is leading Iowa Energy in the NBA D-League while Aaron Harrison is splitting time between the Charlotte Hornets and the Erie BayHawks.
The two brothers faced off Monday in Wells Fargo Center and combined for 36 points. Aaron scored 19 points as the BayHawks topped the Energy. Andrew chipped in 17, six rebounds and four assists in a losing effort.
Here are the highlights of the matchup of former Wildcat twins:
Andrew has been with the Energy throughout the entire D-league season, whereas Aaron is on assignment from the Hornets. This was his fourth game with the BayHawks since being shipped down on March 13 as Charlotte makes a strong push for the playoffs, which Aaron looks like he'll be part of when the postseason begins.
