Wildcat Quickies: Texas A&M Gameday Edition

Cats vs Aggies. Baseball drops opener. Booker setting records. Turkish star draws UK interest. More.

Troy Taormina-USA TODAY Sports

It's gameday as the Cats get set for what's shaping up to be one of their biggest regular-season games.

Texas A&M may be on a bit of a slump, but they're still a very dangerous team that will give the Cats all they can handle and then some. Winning at Texas A&M would be huge for a variety of reasons, one of which being that UK would maintain their hold on the SEC, not to mention a great resume-booster.

This isn't a game UK has to win by any means, especially given how much any ranked team has struggled on the road this season. Still, this feels like a game the Cats should win if they just bring their A game and take care of business.

Let's hope that ends up being the case.
