Kentucky gets Whittaker, Cats head to TaxSlayer Bowl and more.

NCAA Football: Kentucky at Louisville Jamie Rhodes-USA TODAY Sports

Kentucky has gotten a huge commitment from three-star defensive end Chris Whittaker. Whittaker was previously committed to Central Florida, but flipped his commitment to Kentucky, which is a huge get for the Cats. He is the 15th commit that Stoops has landed for the 2017 class, and Whittaker was part of a large group of recruits that UK hosted this past weekend. Hopefully they’ll land more of those recruits here soon.
