Everything you’ll need for Kentucky vs Ole Miss.

NCAA Basketball: Mississippi at Kentucky Joshua Lindsey-USA TODAY Sports

This Thursday, Kentucky will open SEC play on the road against the Ole Miss Rebels, a team with a solid record but with no quality wins.

The Rebels are 9-3, with losses coming to Creighton, Middle Tennessee State and Virginia Tech. They average 81.1 points per-game, which doesn’t compare well to Kentucky’s 93.1 PPG.

Their strength is rebounding, as they rank 12th in the nation. However, Kentucky still has them beat there, as the Cats rank 10th in rebounds. Ole Miss’ Deandre Burnett will be Malik Monk’s adversary when it comes to scoring.

The Rebels’ leading scorer averages 19.2 PPG, but shoots just 35% from the field. Perhaps Ole Miss’ most dangerous player is Sebastian Saiz, a big man who averages a double-double, 15.2 points and 12.1 rebounds. He’ll be up against Bam Adebayo, who began to prove himself against Louisville with 11 points, 9 rebounds and 2 blocks.

If you like big man basketball, this’ll be a fun matchup to watch in the paint. This will only be Kentucky’s second true away game, and the first one didn’t go well. However, this isn’t exactly a top-10 opponent they’re facing, and this game should allow them to get more acquainted with playing on the road without playing an opponent at their level.

Here is everything you’ll need to watch and follow this matchup:
