John Calipari previews Kentucky vs North Carolina, talks Camp Cal (video)

The Kentucky Wildcats will get their first major test away from Rupp Arena this week when they face North Carolina in Las Vegas.

The game is part of the CBS Sports Classic, and it will serve as an NCAA Tournament-like atmosphere as UK faces an elite foe on a neutral court. This also comes with finals ending at UK, leaving John Calipari and his young Cats to begin Camp Cal.

This is when UK really begins to mesh and show signs of becoming the Final Four contenders we’ve seen in March almost every year under Cal. It certainly helps that they do this while getting to play title contenders like UNC Saturday and Louisville next week.
