We’ll soon know where Nick Richards will be attending college.
The five-star center plans to announce his college decision on Nov. 10 at 2 p.m., he announced on Thursday. Richards also announced his final list of schools in contention, which includes the Kentucky Wildcats, Syracuse Orange, and Arizona Wildcats.

The 6-11 big man was recently at UK for Big Blue Madness for an unofficial visit, two weeks after officially visiting UK. He is still projected to go to UK by a 100-percent margin in 247 Sports’ Crystal Ball predictions.
Richards hails from the same high school where Michael Kidd-Gilchrist came out of before leading UK to a national title in his lone season at UK. MKG has been helping with Richards, but John Calipari and UK probably would have won out here either way.
Next week is the start of the early signing period for high school recruits to sign their national letter of intent, and it looks like Richards will be among the first to do so for UK.
Four-star guard Shai Alexander is also expected to sign with UK next week. Five-star point guard Trae Young may decide this month.
