It continues to look more and more like Kentucky will be getting good news Saturday night.
That is when five-star guard Quade Green will make his college decision public, even though he has already signed with either UK or Syracuse. After the Orange looked like the big favorite coming into this week, UK has all of the momentum going into Saturday, enough so that Scout.com recruiting director Evan Daniels is picking the Cats for Green.
Five-star point guard Quade Green is expected to announce his college choice tomorrow evening.

Prediction: Kentucky
If that ends up being the case, UK will have their point guard for 2017, even if they do continue to pursue Trae Young. It would be nice to have them both, but Oklahoma has the momentum in that recruitment, and there's been a strong belief for awhile that Green and Young will not play at the same school.
Also, Daniels is now predicting five-star power forward Billy Preston to pick Kansas in the coming weeks.
Expecting five-star power forward Billy Preston to make a decision in the very near future.

Prediction: Kansas
If you've followed the recruitment of Preston, you'd know he badly wants a UK offer, and there was some thought he could eventually get one in the spring if UK were to miss on Mohamed Bamba. UK was showing interest in Preston as late as October, but appear to have cooled since then, and Preston may see the writing on the wall.
Preston was always a long-shot to end up at UK, but he's still an immense talent that will be a great player in college if he is eligible. If he does follow through and commit to Kansas, the only other true power forwards left on the board will be Bamba. Guys like Jarred Vanderbilt and Kevin Knox are more 3/4s, whereas Preston is a true 4 who can play next to Richards at the 5 next year.
