It looks like Isaac Humphries is dealing with a minor knee issue that affected him during the Kentucky Wildcats’ open practice.
Scott Charlton caught this video of Humphries during the open practice on ESPNU, in which the Australian big man comes up gimpy after shooting a jumper.

Now, Kyle Tucker of SEC Country reports that Humphries tweaked his knee during a practice session last week.
Was told Humphries tweaked his knee last week, missed at least one practice. Something to watch. https://t.co/rZOmCNkWJO

This looks like a minor injury for the time being, but after the way UK was assaulted on the injury front last year, any little thing is something to monitor. We’re still almost a full month away from real games being played, so it’s unlikely this lingers that long.
Humphries is having an outstanding summer and fall that has him poised to be the starting center this season. If he were to be out, either Bam Adebayo would move down to center, or Sacha Killeya-Jones would come off the bench to start there.
