Kash Daniel talks Kentucky Football, choosing UK, Army All-American Bowl and more

Kash talks about why he committed to Kentucky and what he hopes the future of the program holds among other topics.

Mark Stoops has Kentucky football on the rise, and a big reason why are because of his in-state recruiting success.

That continued in the Class of 2016 with the commitments of guys like Paintsville linebacker Kash Daniel. Rated as a four-star prospect by nearly every major recruiting service and the No. 74 overall player on 247 Sports, Daniel just recently played in the U.S. Army All-American Bowl before moving into his UK dorm just days later.

Kash sat down with Kentucky Wildcats TV to talk about that wild week, why he pledged to UK and what he hopes the future of the program holds. He also talked about his amazing rise from little-known prospect to a national recruit who programs like Michigan, South Carolina and Louisville among others.

Kash was an early enrollee, and UK will be releasing several more interviews of the guys who just made it to campus between now and National Signing Day next Wednesday.
