The Kentucky Wildcats may have the best backcourt in America when the 2015-16 college basketball season tips off.
In addition to sophomore point guard Tyler Ulis returning, the Cats will have another elite floor general in the form of Jamal Murray. Rated by most recruiting services as a five-star prospect, the 6-4, 207-pound Murray is already projected by Draft Express as the No. 6 pick in the 2016 NBA Draft and the No. 4 pick to the 76ers on ESPN.
Based on the success John Calipari has had with point guards, there's no reason to think Murray can't be his latest one-and-done player who gets taken in the draft lottery. What makes Murray even more special is that he's expected to play as 2-guard and/or even a 3 this season with UK also having five-star point guard Isaiah Briscoe.
