The Kentucky Wildcats will once again feature one of, if not the best freshman in college basketball this season.
John Calipari annually has a talented crop of freshman every year, and the 2015-16 season will be no different. That's because big man Skal Labissiere is already one of the most talented forwards in college hoops before he even plays in a game. The 7-foot, 216-pound Labissiere is already projected by Draft Express as the No. 1 pick, and he's the No. 2 pick on ESPN's latest projection.
Speaking of, the guys at Draft Express put together a great scouting report for Labissiere highlighting all of his strengths and weaknesses:
Labissiere could be one of several Cats who hear their names called in the 2016 draft. Draft Express also has guard Jamal Murray (6), Isaiah Briscoe (18), and Marcus Lee (28) projected in the first round as of now. Whatever happens, we should expect to see Labissiere getting ready for his first NBA training camp come this time next year.
