The Kentucky Wildcats are poised to have another top-three recruiting class under John Calipari in 2016.
Since Calipari came to Kentucky in 2009, UK has never finished with a class ranked outside the top three in a major recruiting service. That should be the case again this coming year with the likes of Malik Monk, Harry Giles, De'Aaron Fox, Wenyen Gabriel, and Miles Bridges still uncommitted and strongly considering the Wildcats. They're part of a '16 class that's regarded by many as one of the greatest ever seen.
Scout.com director of recruiting Evan Daniels spoke to the Lexington Herald-Leader and offered updates on all of the aforementioned guys, most of which were positive. While UK won't get all of those guys, just getting 2-3 of them to go with Sacha Killeya-Jones would ensure the Cats have another high-ranking class.
