Class of 2016 forward Miles Bridges has set his five official visits for the fall, and it looks like he'll be making his college decision soon thereafter.
Bridges, a five-star protect out of Huntington Prep (WV), will visit the Kentucky Wildcats for Big Blue Madness on October 16, which comes in the middle of his five officials, as he told Scout.com:
Michigan gets their shot at Bridges the weekend of October 10th, Kentucky will have him on campus the weekend of October 17th and North Carolina will host him for their Late Night festivities on October 24th.
"I’m just trying to take my officials and get used to them and then I’ll just go there," Bridges told Scout.
Bridges, who will rise in the upcoming 2016 updated player rankings, told Scout he’s looking to make his college choice during the early signing period.
UK is the perceived favorite for Bridges, who's ranked No. 7 in ESPN's 2016 rankings. 24/7 Sports' Jerry Meyer recently echoed those sentiments, telling Kentucky.com, "I just think he likes Kentucky. I think he's intrigued with Kentucky. I think getting that (scholarship) offer was a big deal to him. I sense that Kentucky has the edge right now."
That's also the case in Bridges' 24/7 Sports crystal ball:
Bridges would be a huge get for Kentucky if they're able to land him. He's their top wing target and, as of now, would be the first backcourt player to commit to UK if he does so this fall.
