The top college basketball transfer is now off the market.
According to multiple media reports, former Memphis Tigers forward Austin Nichols is transferring to join the Virginia Cavaliers.

Nichols, who averaged 13.3 points and 6.1 rebounds last season, was recently given a release by Memphis that he could transfer wherever he wanted after initially ruling he couldn't go anywhere on the Tigers' 2015-16 schedule. A
Almost as soon as Nichols opted to transfer, a report from CBS Sports had him wanting to transfer to Virginia, so this comes as no surprise really. Kentucky, Duke and others were among a host of schools who contacted Nichols once he was given his release. Though UK showed interest, it never looked like the Wildcats were a real option for Nichols.
