The Auburn Tigers have given a scholarship offer to Jordan Griffin, a four-star cornerback who is currently committed to the Kentucky Wildcats..
Griffin, who hails from Jonesboro (Ga.), recently camped with Auburn, and their coaches liked what they saw enough to extend the 6-1, 170-pound corner a scholarship. He's the No. 28 corner in the 247Sports rankings, the No. 27 prospect grom Georgia, and a four-star prospect.
"It's a blessing," Griffin told 24/7 Sports. "I give all thanks to the man upstairs. I’m kind of at a loss for words. Just the way they treated me up here — they treated me with respect. he coaches, the way they coach. That’s a key thing in what I look at in the recruiting process."
Though an offer from Auburn must be tempting, Griffin reiterated his commitment to UK, according to Scout.com's Patrick Loney:
For any concern with #Kentucky commit Jordan Griffin @3sport_Athlete his response to #BBN on his commitment. "Hell Yeah" I am all #BBN
