As the Pan-American Games now head into the semifinal round, Jamal Murray continues to impress and help Canada keep winning.
On Thursday against Mexico, Murray scored 14 points on 6-of-9 shooting from the field to go with five rebounds, two assists, two steals and five turnovers in 25 minutes in Canada's 96-76 win.
There's also this tidbit from Michael Grange of Sports Net Canada, who is hearing Murray could be a top-five pick in next year's NBA draft:
One NBA type told me emerging consensus in league is Jamal Murray will go top-5 in 2016. Don't know the class well, but easy to imagine.

With incoming Kentucky basketball freshman Skal Labissiere already viewed as a consensus top-five selection, it's already looking like 2016 will be a productive year for the Wildcats in the draft. Let's hope it comes after a memorable 2015-16 season for the Cats.
