The Kentucky, I mean the Phoenix Suns summer league team advanced to the tournament finals behind a trio of Wildcats in Devin Booker, Archie Goodwin, and Josh Harrelson. Booker scored 31 to go with 9 rebounds, Harrelson added 19 points and 9 rebounds, and Goodwin contributed another 12 points and 6 rebounds of his own to lead the way.
We are to a point where you will not be able to go a single night this season without a former Calipari Cat blowing up or making a Sportscenter top 10.

YOUR QUICKIES
A big weekend for Coach Mark Stoops and Kentucky Football is in the books.
Coach Stoops adds at least a few more pieces to the puzzle. The commitments of and Elite Offensive Lineman that will contribute right away in 2016 in Tate Leavitt. The 'Cats got some help in the linebacker corps with the commitment of De'Niro Laster. Laster is a transfer from Minnesota and a former three start prospect from Ohio.
The 'Cats also good part one of what is hopefully a two-part piece of good news. Defensive Tackle Kobe Smith decommitted from N.C. State during his visit to UK this weekend. Kentucky is presumed to be the favorite for Smith.
In case you missed it, myself, Will and Todd got together Sunday afternoon to chat about the gridiron 'Cats.
Austin MacGinnis goes from first team to third over the spring?
Friday at SEC media days it was announced that Austin MacGinnis had been named to the all-SEC preseason third team. This would normally be a good accolade for a sophomore kicker, but if you recall he was actually FIRST team All-SEC to finish last season as a freshman.
Kentucky target Malik Monk wins MVP
Malik Monk was part of the all-conference team in last year's Nike Global Challenge, this summer he decided to go ahead and just be the MVP. He dropped in 22 points, 12 rebounds and 4 assists in the title game
Kentucky target Markelle Fultz meteoric rise
Markelle Fultz was playing junior varsity basketball just two years ago, today is the #6 overall prospect in the class.
Cincinnati Reds Fire-sale has the green light.
The Reds are a dumpster fire and missed their window a few years back. Now they have bloated, ridiculous contracts and it has come home to roost. They lost to the Cleveland Indians today, the Indians scored all four of their runs on bases loaded walks. How does that happen, I have never even heard of such a thing
Owner Bob Castellini has given the go ahead on the fire sale, enjoy the likes of Aroldis Chapman, Johnny Cueto, Mike Leake, and Jay Bruce while you can.
Surfer fends off shark during a competition
Mick Fanning is a professional surfer, he was competing in the J-Bay Invitational in South Africa when a shark decided to make him a meal. Miraculously, he fended off the higher member of the food chain and lived to tell the tale.
Joe Namath has a cure for brain damaged former NFL players?
Joe Namath has been undergoing exploratory treatment using hyperbaric chambers to help with his brain ailments from his playing days. Could be pretty promising to the future of the guys we love to watch on Sundays.
Steph Curry's adorable little girl does the 'Nae Nae'
