Karl-Anthony Towns and the Minnesota Timberwolves took on Trey Lyles and the Utah Jazz in the NBA Summer League on Monday night.
Towns, the No. 1 overall pick in last month's NBA Draft, would finish with 14 points, mostly on the strength of a 6-of-8 performance at the foul line, along with 10 rebounds. Towns did have six personal fouls (the Summer League limit is 10) and five turnovers.
