Brandon Knight has become the latest former Kentucky Wildcat to cash in a on a big NBA contract.
According to Yahoo Sports' Adrian Wojnarowski, Knight and the Phoenix Suns have reached agreement on a $70 million contract extension:

This past season, Knight notched 13.4 points and 4.5 assists in 11 games for Phoenix after they acquired him in a three-team deal with the Bucks and 76ers at the NBA trade deadline. In his four NBA seasons, Knight has averaged 15.2 points and 4.5 assists per game.
With this deal now done, there will be increased speculation as to what the Suns will now do with point guard and fellow Wildcat alum Eric Bledsoe. NBA'com's David Aldridge says there shouldn't be any for what it's worth:
Told strongly that Suns will not be trading Eric Bledsoe in wake of Brandon Knight deal. FWIW.
