Kentucky will be one of 8 schools to participate in the inaugural Tony Gwynn Classic next season. The other schools are San Diego, San Diego State, Bryant, UC Santa Barbara, Nebraska, Tulane, and Nevada. This is shaping up to be a marquee tournament to open the baseball season. It'll be a great opportunity for the Cats in their quest to return to the NCAA Tournament next year.
