With one week until the 2015 NBA Draft begins, John Calipari is as confident as ever in Karl-Anthony Towns going No. 1 overall.
The Minnesota Timberwolves currently hold the top pick, and unless something unforeseen happens, Towns should be the pick. Speaking on Kentucky sports Radio Wednesday morning, Calipari said Towns will go No. 1 barring something crazy occurring. Duke's Jahlil Okafor is the only guy threatening to be the top pick over Towns, but it looks like the Wildcats will have another top draft pick.

As for the other Cats, Calipari sees Willie Cauley-Stein going as high as No. 4 to the New York Knicks and shouldn't fall out of the top six. Devin Booker and Trey Lyles could both go as high as No. 7 to the Denver Nuggets, but shouldn't slip past the Phoenix Suns at pick No. 13.
Coach Cal says 4-6 for WCS, Booker/Lyles no later than 13, but as low as 6-7. Dakari/Andrew 23-32. Doesn't have a good read on Aaron.

Oh, and the Cats could have No. 1 overall picks in consecutive years if Skal Labissiere becomes the player Calipari envisions.
Coach Cal says if Skal does what he can do he could be No. 1 pick next year.

It just so happens Sakl is the current No. 1 pick in DraftExpress' 2016 mock draft.
