Good news: Tyler Ulis was able to practice Wednesday as the Kentucky Wildcats get set to face the UCLA Bruins.
Bad news: Ulis still isn't 100% and is still uncertain to play Thursday night, based on Cal's latest Twitter update:
Tyler practiced today but was limited. His elbow's still a little tender. He looked OK but he's still day to day. We'll see about tomorrow.

At this point, we should probably expect to see Ulis play, but not at a 100% and playing the full 35-40 minutes he's been playing to this point. It's hard to return to action one week after suffering a hyperextended elbow, so it's not realistic to expect him to play Thursday at the level we've become accustomed to seeing Ulis play at.
Still, after watching UK struggle with Illinois State Monday night, it's clear even Ulis at 60% will be a huge addition for the Cats.
