We're now entering the final full week of the regular season as another college football season is winding down.
The College Football Playoff picture continues to become clearer after two more contenders went down this week. Ohio State lost at home to Michigan State while Oklahoma State went down at home to Baylor. While those aren't bad losses, coming this late in the season will likely keep the Cowboys and Buckeyes out of the playoff mix.
But the real fall has been in Baton Rouge as LSU is no longer in the top 25 after losing three straight. Just three weeks ago, Les Miles had the Tigers poised for the CFP while sitting as high as No. 2 in the rankings, but after Saturday'ss 38-17 loss to Ole Miss, he may be out of the job soon.
