College Football Bowl Projections: Week 10 Edition

Week 9 of college football over, which means it's time for a roundup of the latest bowl projections heading into Week 10.

Over at ESPN, Mark Schlabach has the Kentucky Wildcats taking on the Cincinnati Bearcats in the Birmingham Bowl in his latest projections. UC would present a unique matchup with their true air-raid offense, not to mention a border battle with UC being just an hour from Lexington.

Brett McMurphy has the Cats in the AutoZone Liberty Bowl taking on the Kansas State Wildcats in his projections. The legendary Bill Snyder once again has K-State poised for the postseason, and it's possible this would be the 76-year-old's final game. He's close to the end, but hopefully, Snyder's amazing career wouldn't have to end with a loss to Kentucky.

CBS Sports' Jerry Palm has UK facing west Virginia in the Texas Bowl, the same projection he had last week. Though not far apart, these two schools have rarely played in any spot, let alone all the way down in Texas. The guys at College Sports Madness have Kentucky projected to play Texas Tech in the Texas Bowl.

SB Nation's Jason Kirk once again has Kentucky in the TaxSlayer Bowl in Jacksonville, Florida, though it's the Minnesota Golden Gophers who he now has as the opponent.

If you're interested in who could be playing in the College Football Playoff, Kirk has Clemson vs Alabama and Ohio State vs Stanford. Palm's projection have TCU vs Alabama and Ohio State vs Clemson. Schlabach has Alabama vs. Clemson and TCU vs. Ohio State. McMurphy has Baylor vs. Stanford and Michigan State vs Clemson.

Which of the following matchups intrigues you the most?
