Marques Bolden sets visits; visiting Kentucky Wildcats for Big Blue Madness

Big news regarding the big man's status with UK.

The Kentucky Wildcats have two commitment from two five-star forwards, but they are still going after arguably the best pure center in the Class of 2016.

Marques Bolden has already taken his official visit to UK earlier in September, and he's set up another visit to Lexington for Big Blue Madness:

Bolden took his official visit to Kentucky during the first week of September, so seeing him back for another unofficial visit in any capacity is encouraging news. The fact it's for the biggest recruiting event UK annually holds makes it even better, and it's safe to say UK is firmly in the mix for Bolden.

John Calipari and the Wildcats were already viewed s a strong contender for Bolden, whose AAU coach and mentor is Jeff Webster, who mentored former UK star Julius Randle throughout his high school career and remains close to the UK coaching staff.

Still, the Duke Blue Devils and Kansas Jayhawks are viewed as the teams to beat for his services. They're the only two schools getting votes in Bolden's 24/7 Sports Crystal Ball.
