Talking some football.

Mark Zerof-USA TODAY Sports

Hello, friends. In an episode recorded Sunday afternoon Coach Greenwell and myself talk some University of Kentucky football. We start with the offense, before moving to the defense, and later wrapping things up with a look ahead to the last half of the season.

Offensively, we touch on a number of topics. We focus on the season-best 497 yards against a Will Muschamp defense, a particular sophomore receiver, play-calling, getting CJ Conrad the ball, Boom Williams, UK's best offensive formation, and learning situational football.

Defensively, we discuss Auburn quarterback Sean White, how the numbers didn't predict the game, Matt Elam, and if Cody Quinn has lost his job to JD Harmon and Kendall Randolph.

Looking ahead, we focus on the next three games for Kentucky. Will they go 2-1 or 1-2? We also talk about Louisville after watching their game against Florida State. We agree they have a good front seven, and a very intriguing true freshman quaterback in Lamar Jackson.
