The college basketball season is officially upon us when the Kentucky Wildcats hold Big Blue Madness.
The annual event is when UK debuts their newest editions of the men's and women's basketball teams. This year's men's squad is projected to be one of the top teams in the land, including a tie for the No. 1 ranking in the Top 25 Coaches Poll.
Led by another star-studded freshman class, the Wildcats will once again be one of, if not the most talented bunch in the land. It will be up to John Calipari to once again mold them into one of the best teams in college hoops as they seek their fifth Final Four trip under Cal.
Oh, and this is arguably the biggest recruiting event of the year for Kentucky. Many of the nation's top prospects are often in attendance for this, and here is a look at who is tentatively set to attend along with their 24/7 Sports composite ranking:
De’Aaron Fox: No. 1 PG and No. 4 overall in 2016
Harry Giles: 5-star PF, No. 1 PF and No. 3 overall in 2016
Malik Monk: No. 1 SG and No. 5 overall in 2016
Sacha Killeya-Jones (UK commit): No. 4 PF and No. 16 overall in 2016
Kris Wilkes: No. 4 SF and No. 21 overall in 2017
Trae Young: No. 4 PG and No. 28 overall in 2017
