Rajon Rondo's time as a Boston Celtic may be over. He'll be a free agent after this season, and that will be when the negotiations begin; if Rondo isn't traded before then, that is. But CelticsBlog thinks that a trade is unlikely, and that Danny Ainge will try to keep him.

• Darius West, 2014 four-star defensive back headed to Kentucky, broke his leg on Friday.

• Kentucky jumps up to a #2 seed in Lunardi's latest bracketology. I'm not quite ready to buy that, but it's not a ridiculous stretch or anything. I think Kentucky's season calls for about a 3 seed right now. You'll see why later.

• Where Kentucky stands with undecided recruits. I honestly think whether or not Kentucky signs another player will depend upon the decision of the Harrisons whether to stay or go. I don't see us signing a big player unless something unexpected happens, like Dakari Johnson declaring for the draft.

• Dominique Hawkins a finalist for the Lexington Herald-Leader's Sportsman of the Year award. Congratulations, young man.
