2013 combo guard Dominique Hawkins from Richmond (KY) Madison Central signed his LOI with the Kentucky Wildcats, per Next Cats' Ben Roberts.
Dominique Hawkins says he hasn't spoken to Cal since his commitment. Hawkins did send his letter of intent to UK this morning.

Hawkins is the latest Kentucky commitment, part of an eight-man recruiting class for the ages that is currently ranked number one in the country. He committed a week ago on April 10, though he reported that he held an offer since mid-March. Hawkins is expected to start his career as a ball-handling guard off the bench, with the possibility of starting down the line.
There has not been an official announcement of Hawkins' binding commitment, though one should be forthcoming. Likewise, there has been no public news on Kentucky's two other spring commitments, Dakari Johnson and Julius Randle. Both players are expected to fax in their LOI's during the regular signing period as well.
