Shooting guard Devin Booker from Moss Point (MS) became the fourth member of the Kentucky Wildcats' 2014 recruiting class to sign and send in his National Letter of Intent. Booker was originally going to wait until Friday to send in his LOI, but decided last night not to wait. He shared the good news via Twitter.
Couldn't wait until Friday... Went ahead and signed and sent in my NLI papers... Officially a Wildcat. #BBN 🙏🏀

Booker committed to the Wildcats at the end of October. He originally received his offer last spring, then officially visited Kentucky for the UK Alumni Charity Game in September. After also taking official visits to the Missouri Tigers, Michigan Wolverines, and Michigan St. Spartans, Booker chose Kentucky.
Like fellow signee Tyler Ulis, Booker has a clear path to a starting role next season if he seizes it. Kentucky's current starting backcourt of Andrew Harrison and Aaron Harrison both have one eye on the NBA. Of the two, shooting guard Aaron Harrison is the lesser regarded NBA prospect, but he will likely depart if his brother does as well. Kentucky's other shooting guard, Jon Hood, will graduate following this year.
Welcome to Big Blue Nation, Devin!
