The ESPYS, of course, are ESPN's annual selection of the best of sports for that year, and this year, the Kentucky Wildcats are up in multiple categories. From CoachCal.com:
The Cats are nominated in four different categories, headlined by the Wildcats’ nomination for Best Team. John Calipari is among six nominees for Best Coach/Manager, and Anthony Davis is nominated for Best Male College Athlete and Best Breakthrough Athlete.
Of course, the Big Blue Nation is encouraged to vote for all categories, which you can do at ESPN's ESPYS|20 page. But most importantly, we should all make sure we vote in the "Best Team" category, which has its own separate page here. Note that UK is up against the Alabama Crimson Tide football team, among others, so don't take the power of the Big Blue Nation for granted.
As a side note, Anthony Davis continues to dominate recognition for college basketball, as he winds up nominated in not one but two categories.
