Calipari on conditioning, motivation and potential // vaughtsviews
Calipari hits the nail on the head when he calls it "more of a mindset." That's what it is. When you get up early and go get that conditioning in, it sets up your whole day for success. -
"What we’re doing right now is kind of a forced Breakfast Club," Calipari said. "I’m probably holding them more accountable than any other team."
I like it. Sometimes, teams motivate themselves. Sometimes, the motivation must be started from an external source. You hope they internalize it and make it part of them, and some will, some probably won't. But it's good for the team. -

Great season by Coach Skinner and the volleyball team. Penn St. was just too good for us this year.
