  I’m not going to spend a lot of time trying to make built in excuses for what could possibly happen on Saturday, but tomorrow’s game certainly qualifies as the classic trap game.

  Yeah. So what? We are not going to lose tomorrow.

• Nerlens Noel, UK's latest big man, has stats similar to Anthony Davis | The Courier-Journal | courier-journal.com

  Turns out Noel has more in common with Davis than a signature tuft of hair — Davis’ between his brows and Noel’s atop his head. Through 10 games of their college careers, the numbers are actually fairly comparable between the two stat-sheet stuffers. Davis averaged 11.8 points, 10 rebounds, 4.4 blocks, 1.5 steals and 1.1 assists in the first quarter of last season. Noel is averaging 10.7 points, 9.0 rebounds, 3.9 blocks, 2.8 steals and 2.1 assists.

  Those of you who have been down on Noel, take note.
