As noted above, this is a continuation of the Barclays Center Classic, as will be the case with Friday's game, as well.
What I hope to see tonight:
- Patience with the press, and keeping the ball in the middle of the floor;
- A high motor from Alex Poythress;
- More control from Archie Goodwin;
- Nerlens Noel to continue to build on his recent games, which have been very good;
- Julius Mays to continue to develop leadership, and shepherd these young guys along;
- Better play from Willie Cauley-Stein;
- Kyle Wiltjer to be aggressive, and get rebounds.
I really want to see better rebounding tonight, and continued good ballhandling. Both will be challenged tonight by Morehead St.
