Per ESPN's Paul Biancardi, 2013 small forward James Young from Rochester (Mich.) will announce his college decision tomorrow, live on ESPNU. The announcement will take place on ESPNU's Recruiting Nation, which broadcasts from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. eastern time. I would expect the announcement to take place around 5:30, similar to the Harrison twins' commitment last week.

Young took an unofficial visit to Kentucky at the end of September. He was expected to take an official visit for Big Blue Madness, a visit that might still happen if Young picks the Kentucky Wildcats. Young also lists the Michigan St. Spartans, the Syracuse Orange, and the Kansas Jayhawks. Young has not taken any official visits to date and presumably will only take one, to the school he commits.
The decision looks extremely favorable for Kentucky, and 247's basketball recruiting analyst Jerry Meyer agrees. Fingers crossed.
Looks like Kentucky will get another top 10 prospect when James Young announces on Thursday. Young-#10 247Sports/#9 247Composite.
