John Calipari has apparently compared Randle's skills to those of Terrence Jones, but watching him compete, there is a big difference in the intensity he brings to the floor versus Jones. That, to me, is the biggest difference between the two. Jones can lack intensity, but Randle rarely does.
Randle has been, and will continue to get attention from all the top powers in college basketball including the Duke Blue Devils and the North Carolina Tar Heels, but that is nothing new for the guys Kentucky is recruiting since John Calipari came to UK. What you can be very sure of is that Calipari, if he wants him, will show Randle the true meaning of "competitive" with his own recruiting work ethic. From that, Randle will learn the kind of effort and dedication it takes to be a Kentucky Wildcat.
