College Football Top 25: Blogpoll Results Week 6

The week 6 College Football Top 25 Blogpoll results are now up over at SBNation.com, and LSU remains atop the voting with a total of 60 first-place ballots.  Alabama is making up ground now with 33, and Oklahoma is a rather distant third with 4.

A couple of things I found interesting:

• The voters really punished Virginia Tech for losing to the Fighting Dabo Swinneys of Clemson.  I thought that was a mite harsh.
• Auburn at 17 strikes me as a significant over-rating.  They did beat USC East, but the Gamecocks have struggled offensively all year relative to their talent.
• Houston over TAMU?  I like Houston, but I resisted that temptation.
