The Lexington Herald-Leader is reporting that Matt Jones, the moderator and founder of Kentucky Sports Radio, will host a Kentucky-themed TV Channel on Insight Communications, who provides cable service for Louisville, Lexington, and the surrounding areas:
Matt Jones will host a Kentucky sports television program beginning this fall and will also be editor of the CN2 channel's sports Web site, sports.mycn2.com.
Jones will continue to run KentuckySportsRadio.com, but the site will not be affiliated with his work for Insight, company spokesman Jason Keller said.
Congratulations to Matt on his new gig. As a fellow Louisvillian, I can't wait for the new channel to show up in Insight's lineup, and I know Matt will do his usual bang-up job.
