We have been here before. Kentucky on the road against a hostile crowd and a team with serious need for a win over a ranked Kentucky team.
But which Wildcats team shows up? Thus far, the Cats are undefeated (4-0) this season vs. the SEC West. Overall, Kentucky is 33 for its last 35 against West teams, 80-19 against Western Division teams since the league split into divisions in 1991-92.
But all that matters less than whether the SchizoCats want to win or just show up and play a team close. Fans seem pretty tired of the latter.
Tubby has all but guaranteed a lineup change, though no one really expects anything drastic, other than perhaps Woo and Morris both in to offset Bama's size advantage up front.
Truz goes all out to help us preview the game before the action starts.
What to look for:
* You play to Win the Game. It's not all that complicated. You can either win or lose. All the rest is semantic/style points. If the Cats want to make their life much harder, they should come out today with another 25-30 minutes of solid play, plus the 10-15 minutes of total nightmare. That seems to be working pretty well the past week.
* Roster Gymnastics. Tubby wants to shake up the lineup, apparently. After such proclamations before, with results as varied as no change at all and Stockton at the point. We'll see what he has up his sleeve today.
