Kentucky at Vanderbilt -- Open Game Thread

This is the official A Sea of Blue Open Game Thread for Kentucky at Vanderbilt University.

Well, here we are after two weeks, about to kickoff what could be our seventh victory of the football season, or our fourth defeat.

This is a huge game for the Gridiron Felines.  It is the most winnable game of our remaining three, and the last thing we want to do is wind up with six victories after winning six out of our first seven.

I will be listening to the game on the radio, and posting continuously in this thread.

Tru's keys to the game:

  • Run the football -- If we do this well, I think we will win the game.  Period.
  • Contain Earl Bennett -- We cannot stop this guy, but we can't let him run amok either.
  • Tackle the football -- We need turnovers in this game to be a positive, not a negative.
  • Throw the ball deep -- I don't think Vanderbilt's secondary is good enough to deny us the vertical pass with Keenan Burton, Stevie Johnson and Dickie Lyons all healthy.

Got thoughts?  Post 'em if you have 'em!  I'll be in here the whole game.
