Oh, meanwhile, John Calipari was out west visiting with Shabazz Muhammad, the #1 prospect in the 2012 class. That's what we call a good day to be a Kentucky fan.

— A bit of surprising recruiting news surfaced today. Jonathon Paige (@SummerHoopScoop) tweeted that sources close to 2012 SF Shabazz Muhammad (#5 on ESPNU) indicate that he may be willing to commit. It's not a "news story," but it is interesting information since previous reports had indicated that Muhammad had no clear-cut favorite. Stay tuned.
