I know what the problem is, but I'd rather keep it to myself.
"I think it's all about mind-set -- I think you're still in Christmas mode sometimes," Gillispie said at a news conference yesterday. "I haven't seen a team come back as focused and as intense and seem very determined and hungry like they did yesterday."
Jared Carter got "more defensive rebounds (Tuesday) in practice than he got all of last year,"
In other news, Gillispie said that Jodie Meeks (sports hernia) and Patrick Patterson (stress fracture in left ankle) are "moving along very well" in recovering from injury.
Patterson is "way ahead of where anyone would have expected him to be," Gillispie said. Meeks is further along.

Publicly Gillispie, or the Coaching Pedophile as some are calling him, is saying he doesn't feel singled out. Gillispie has to say that, but you have to believe that somewhere, even if Tubby won't talk about it at parties, he took some joy in being the coaching fraternity's elder statesman and watching as his actions put Gillispie in a negative light.
