Condo owned by friend of McNair's. Police spokesman has ruled out murder-suicide.

A black Escalade registered to McNair and Sahel Kazemi was involved in a DUI case a couple of nights ago. Kazemi is 20.

McNair was last seen this morning at 1:00 am in a local restaurant.
