Three future Kentucky Wildcats players were given some postseason accolades by MaxPreps. MaxPreps released their All-American teams for the 2019-2020 high school season, highlighting the top-50 players in high school basketball.
Terrence Clarke was not named one due to post-grad and non-scholastic programs being ineligible, at least that is what my interpretation was of this list.
Brandon Boston earned Second-Team All-American honors in his one and only season at Sierra Canyon. Boston averaged 21 points and seven rebounds per game on the most watched high school team in the country.
Cam’Ron Fletcher earned honorable mention honors as one of the top-50 players in the country. Fletcher recorded 20.6 points, 10 rebounds, and almost three blocks per game for Vashon high school in St. Louis.
Lance Ware also earned All-American honorable mention honors, as he averaged just only 11.8 points and and almost eight rebounds per game for his No. 16 Camden squad out of New Jersey.
