What a year it’s been for the Kentucky Wildcats. and it’s led to some major awards and honors for the program.
After all, Kentucky just scored its first nine-win season in over three decades and finished No. 15 in the final College Football Playoff Poll.
By now, you know all about all the awards linebacker Josh Allen has racked up, including:
- Bronko Nagurski Award, National Defensive Player of the Year
- Chuck Bednarik Award, National Defensive Player of the Year
- Ronnie Lott IMPACT Trophy, National Defensive Player of the Year
- Consensus First-Team All-American
- SEC Defensive Player of the Year
But Allen isn’t the only Wildcat getting postseason honors. Head coach Mark Stoops (SEC Coach of the Year), offensive guard Bunchy Stallings (First Team All-American) and running back Benny Snell (Third Team All-American) are among the other players/coaches who have been honored.
