While Trae Young is clearly the Kentucky Wildcats' top point guard target, Quade Green is someone UK would also love to get in 2017.
After all, we've seen John Calipari sign multiple point guards several times at UK. As the summer recruiting period is ending, it's become clear Green and Young are who Cal should want in his backcourt next year.
On Sunday, Green released his list of schools in consideration, which to no surprise, included UK.

Green, a 6-1, 172-pound guard out of Neumann Goretti in Philadelphia, is ranked as the No. 26 overall prospect and No. 4 point guard in the country by 247Sports Composite. His highest ranking comes from Scout.com, who has him as the No. 20 recruit in 2017.
As for his list, you'll see that Arizona, Duke, Georgetown, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisville, Maryland, Seton Hall, Syracuse, Temple, Villanova, Virginia and Xavier made it, but it's been viewed as a Duke vs UK battle since the two blue bloods offered him within a week of each other.
Still, it's Duke getting most of the votes in Green's 247 Crystal Ball:
His most recent predictions are almost exclusively in favor of Duke, with one Kansas pick coming in as well. The Jayhawks appear to be ramping up their recruitment of Green with Trae Young beginning to focus more on Kentucky vs Oklahoma for his eventual decision.
At this point, it's going to be a surprise if Green ends up anywhere other than Duke or UK, and while the Blue Devils remain the favorite, don't ever count at the allure of Kentucky and Calipari.
